1. Who we are

Social OS is a social media management platform operated by Social Baazi ("we", "us"), available at os.socialbaazi.in. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You may only connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
• Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Resell or scrape the service, or use it to violate the terms of connected platforms (including Meta's Instagram Platform terms).

4. Connected accounts & data

When you connect an Instagram account, we access its data through the official Instagram API only to provide analytics, audits, and content tools inside your dashboard. How we collect, store, and delete data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages. You can disconnect any account at any time.

5. AI-generated content

The AI Copywriter and AI Assistant produce suggestions generated by machine learning models. Review content before publishing — you are responsible for what you post. We do not guarantee accuracy or performance of generated content.

6. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms — continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Baazi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
