Who we are

Social OS is a social media management platform operated by Social Baazi ("we", "us"). We help marketing agencies manage content, clients, and analytics in one place. Contact us at socialbaazi1@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, and (if provided) agency name when you sign up.
• Google sign-in — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.
• Instagram data — when you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, we access your profile details (username, follower and media counts, profile picture), your media (captions, media type, likes, comments, timestamps), and account insights (reach, profile views, engagement) via the official Instagram API. We only access accounts you explicitly connect.

How we use your information

• To display your Instagram analytics, audits, and content insights inside the dashboard.
• To generate AI-assisted content suggestions based on your account's performance.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database. Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to fetch data on your behalf. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Third-party services

We use Meta's Instagram Platform to access Instagram data, and Google's Gemini API to generate content suggestions. Your use of connected accounts is also governed by those providers' terms.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect any Instagram account at any time from the dashboard, which removes its access token. To delete your entire account and all associated data, see our Data Deletion instructions or email socialbaazi1@gmail.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
