Data Deletion

Disconnect an Instagram account

Log in to Social OS, open the Instagram Auditor or Analytics module, select the account, and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes our access token for that account. We stop fetching any data from it.

Delete your entire account

To permanently delete your Social OS account and all associated data, email us:

socialbaazi1@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We will permanently delete your profile, connected account tokens, and all stored analytics within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, agency name).
• All connected Instagram account records and access tokens.
• Any cached analytics and insights associated with your account.
